Partner-Made Products: For products we source from trusted partners, such as ventilation systems included in range hoods, we provide a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty Coverage Highlights: Structural integrity of your product (e.g., copper body, joints, welds, mechanical parts)Functional performance as intended (e.g., sinks holding water, tubs holding water, cookware usability). Repair or replacement of defective parts at no additional cost

Progress Updates: Three sets of photos during production and before shipping. We require your approval after each set before proceeding.
